Collected personal data
If you contact us via the e-mail address provided (legal notice), we will only use your data to communicate with you. We will not use your data for any other purpose unless you expressly request that your personal data be used for specific purposes.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a natural person, i.e. information that can be used to identify individuals. This includes, in particular, names, e-mail addresses, student numbers or telephone numbers. However, data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or information about websites that have been visited also count as personal data.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by us if this is permitted by law or if the user has consented to the collection of data.

Making contact
If you contact members of the project consortium, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise. After your request has been processed or after the legal obligation or the service used has been fulfilled, the data will be deleted, unless the storage of the data is necessary for the implementation of legitimate interests of the project or due to a legal regulation (e.g. law, ordinance, etc.).
Downloads and usage statistics
This website provides files that can be downloaded for project-related purposes.
For statistical purposes, the number of downloads may be counted in order to evaluate the usage of the provided materials.
No personal data is collected, stored or processed in connection with these download statistics. In particular, no IP addresses or other identifying information are stored when a download is performed.
The collected information is used exclusively to analyze how often materials are accessed and to improve the services offered on this website. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (legitimate interest in evaluating and improving the use of the website).
File uploads
This website may provide the possibility for users to upload files for project-related purposes.
Uploaded files are stored on the server only for the purpose of processing the respective project tasks. The files will only be accessible to authorized members of the project team and will not be shared with third parties unless required for the project or by law.
Uploaded files will be deleted once they are no longer required for the respective project purpose, unless legal obligations require longer storage.
Users are requested not to upload files containing sensitive or unnecessary personal data.
Rights of the user: information, correction and deletion
As a user, you can request information free of charge about what personal data has been stored about you. If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data blocked or deleted.
